Getting to and around Park City

Flight: Fly directly into Salt Lake City International Airport.

From either the Salt Lake Central Station or the airport, it’s a 25-minute drive along I-80 through Parleys Canyon to Kimball Junction (Race Start) and another 15 minutes (40 minutes total) to Main Street, Park City. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to Salt Lake City. To get from the airport to Park City or Salt Lake City, you can take an Uber/Lyft, rent a car, or use a shuttle company such as Mountain State Express.

Getting Around Park City: Ubers and Lyfts are generally available. Once you are in Park City, there is a free shuttle service that services Kimball Junction (race start), Canyons Village, Park City Mountain Resort and Main Street, Park City.

Where to Stay in Park City

Hotels Near Race Start/Finish Line:

New Park Hotel: This hotel sits directly over the finish line and is a 2-minute walk to the start line.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Park City: This hotel is a 2-minute walk to the start line.

Other hotels within a 20-minute walk of the start line/finish line, include the AC Hotel Park City and Best Western Plus Landmark Inn.

If you would like to stay close to Main Street Park City (about a 15-minute drive from the start/finish line), research hotels near Park City Mountain Resort or Main Street Park City. Some options include, Silver King Park City and The Village Loft. There are numerous other options in this area.

Alternate Lodging Options: Airbnb and VRBO are also available if you would like more space or access to a kitchen. There will be plenty of options right near the race start and finish. There are townhomes in the same plaza that are frequently listed on Airbnb or VRBO. You can also stay in Salt Lake Proper.
